Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in a number of TV shows. She is an American actor from Afghanistan who was born in Kabul Afghanistan. After fleeing her home country the family relocated into the US. They were given asylum and allowed to stay. She is the middle of with two brothers and sisters, and was born within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada started her TV career by being featured in National Commercials. Ghanizada was portrayed by Chiara in Laura Neri production A Kiss on the Nose (2003). In recognition of this performance, she was nominated in the festival's Cannes Film Festival, for Best Actress. A few of her TV roles are How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Psych and Castle. Her most recent roles include a role as a support on the show Blood Shot, (2009) - based on the science-fiction movie Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada has been cast in the General Hospital spinoff General Hospital that aired on prime time television. Season 2 of Night Shift featured Ghanizada portray Dr. Saira Bhatra, a physician who is a specialist in holistic medicine. Ghanizada played Kelly who was the Prada character in HBO's Entourage.
